Solution for participatory budgeting automation

uI/uX

Hromadskyi Project is a democratic process that enables every resident to participate in the distribution of local budget funds through the creation of projects to improve the city.

Anyone living in the city can submit a project to improve life in the city, take part in a competition, win a vote and watch their project being implemented within budget.

The platform will allow you to participate in the competition without leaving home: you can apply online and track the fate of your project directly on the site.

Stages of Process

Submission of projects — the author leaves the project application in electronic form or in the support points of the participation budget.

Consideration of ideas — local council executive bodies consider projects. At this time, authors can receive a draft for editing.

Voting — residents vote online or at polling stations. Authors advertise and promote their projects to get the most votes.

Identification of winners — the winners can be several projects, if the funds for their implementation are less than the Participation Budget.

Implementation — the city, represented by the local council, is beginning to embody ideas. You can follow this process online. Day after day, the city changes for the better thanks to you.
